FRSC SEEKS COLLABORATION WITH ITF |

The new Commandant of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Academy, Jos, Commander Charles C. Aborchi has expressed the willingness of institution to go into collaboration with the ITF.
He stated this when he paid a courtesy visit to the Jos Area Office of the Industrial Training Fund.
Stating that the visit was part of efforts to familiarize himself with Organizations within Plateau State, the Commandant who he has only been transferred to Jos, disclosed that he was in the Area Office to acquaint himself with the activities of the ITF and to seek closer collaboration since the Area Office has been training the corps members over the years.
He listed some of the objectives of the Academy to include: educating the public on how to use the road signs and to ensure safety on our roads.
In her welcome address, the Area manager of Jos Area Office, Mrs Lami Dakwak, assured of ITF’s the willingness to render services to the Academy.
She called on other Agencies to take advantage of the ‘qualitative and cost effective’ training services offered by ITF.
Mrs Dakwak said the ITF was established to promote and provide training to Nigerians with the aim of generating a pool of indigenous manpower sufficient to meet the needs of Nigerian economy.
