The Area Manager of Akure Area Office, Mrs. Adetola Aje, has stressed the need for continued staff development as efficiency in organizational service delivery depends on the quality of Human Capital.
Aje stated this when she led her management team of ITF on a sensitization tour to the Ondo State Head of service, Prince Ajose Kudehindu.
She urged for greater investment in capacity building by subscribing to the numerous programmes packaged by the Industrial Training Fund, even as she commended the commitment of the State Government towards the development of Civil Servants in the state.
She proposed a training collaboration with the State Government for the training of different categories of staff from Directors, Managers, Accountants, Secretaries, Supervisors, Drivers, Security Men and Clerks.
In his response, the Ondo State Head of Service, Prince Kudehinbu, welcomed the idea of collaborating with ITF and lauded the efforts of the Fund in nation building, noting that the Government of Ondo State accords great priority to capacity building.
